Tiffany Julie: I am Tiffany Julie, a leading High Performance Coach and 7+ Figure Entrepreneur specializing in helping others break through their self-imposed glass ceiling. I started my coaching enterprise following a pivotal life event that rendered me completely blind. Instead of accepting the doctor’s diagnosis that I would be blind forever, I embarked on a journey to discover the tools that would unlock my potential and self-healing.
Through determination, mindset reprogramming techniques, manifestation principles, and high-performance habits, I healed myself against all odds and built a thriving 7+ figure business in less than 14 months while being blind—a remarkable testament to how resilient the human spirit is when directed appropriately.

In 2023, what was the greatest business achievement you have celebrated with your team? Please share a little about that success with us.
Tiffany Julie: In 2023, many of my private coaching clients have crossed 1 million in revenue in their company while working half the time.
My team and I work tirelessly behind the scenes, creating resources, templates, and plug-and-play systems that clients can effortlessly integrate into their businesses to shave years off their timelines to millions. So to see those efforts pay off has been incredibly rewarding.
All the resources we’ve created are helping business owners double, triple, and quadruple revenue while reducing their work hours through building systems, automations, and processes in their companies.
When I find a system, marketing channel, or process that increases efficiency in my businesses, we turn those into resource templates for our clients so they don’t waste time figuring out what works because we already have.
This is the power of working with a mentor and business coach who has accomplished the business results and revenue markers you want in your business.
Nothing makes my team and I happier than seeing clients achieve their next level of success at an accelerated pace because we’re in the business of transformation, and when they win, we win!
What advice do you wish you had received when you started your business journey and what do you intend on improving in the next half of 2024?
Tiffany Julie: I wish someone told me to document everything my team and I do in the business and how we do it so that we can turn those actions into an SOP, system, or process and continually refine them to make them more efficient.
I would have had a lot less burnt-out moments in business that’s for sure. After 20 years of entrepreneurship, I finally realized that a successful business is just a series of efficient systems, processes, and automations. I now view every business through the lens of systems.
I like to build what I call “engines” in the business so that it can run without me. Most entrepreneurs become business owners to have more time freedom but create a time-sucking trap for themselves. Business owners who come to me burnt out and overworked almost always don’t have the right systems and structures in place.
This is the first thing we work on together, and in just a few months, they start seeing a reduced workload and increased sales. I take every client through a vigorous time audit where I spot the inefficiencies and help them automate, delegate, and systemize workflows to make more money while working less. Whenever I launch a new company, I take myself through the same system.
Here is a two-fold question: What is the book that influenced you the most and how? Please share some life lessons you learned. Now what book have you gifted the most and why?
Tiffany Julie: High Performance Habits by Brendon Burchard has been the foundation for my team and me to increase efficiencies, become high performers, and build high-performing businesses. This book helped me go from High Achiever to High Performer, and there is a clear difference in the results being created.
I used to be on a roller coaster of success with business. One month, we produced incredible results; the next month, the outputs decreased. It was difficult to identify what needed to shift until this book. I believe your business takes on your energy as the CEO, and by up-leveling your mindset, habits, and energy, your business will naturally go to the next level as you do.
This book taught me how to maintain and sustain high levels of success above the standard norm through sheer habit change. There were five key pillars of focus: clarity, energy, confidence, productivity, and influence.
I worked on the five main habits Brendon shares: separate high performers and underperformers. Those habits were to seek clarity, generate energy, increase confidence, uplevel productivity, and expand influence.
The book gives you the tools needed to implement these core habits. The main life lesson I received from implementing this book was energy management for yourself and your team is the key to creating sustainable and scalable results. Energy management was a foreign concept to me until I read this book.
Now that I know how to manage my energy and help my team do the same, everyone is thriving on another level, increasing outputs and doing it with more ease and flow, and reduced burnout. Our company culture and internal communications have also positively shifted.
I gift this book to my private coaching clients as required reading. Through coaching, we individualize the protocols and tactics Brendon shares in the book, accelerating their transformation.
I was certified to coach High Performance by the High Performance Institute, which Brendon founded. The certification provides more in-depth frameworks for the main pillars of performance that help my clients excel in life, relationships, and business.
Business is all about overcoming obstacles and creating opportunities for growth. What do you see as THE real challenge right now?
Tiffany Julie: In the current digital landscape with AI rolling out in just about every aspect of business, I think our challenge as CEOs is to figure out how to keep the human connection alive within our customer service, products, services, and processes while still figuring out how to use the power of AI for increased efficiencies.
I was recently certified in AI for business and now help clients navigate this process. Every business is different in how it can leverage AI.
It’s important to focus on not losing that human connection because this can be the single factor in decreased revenue. Customers want the human touch through the process of working with your company, so removing that completely will harm customer acquisition costs and the lifetime value of customers.
Integrating AI on the back end of the business first so you can increase efficiencies with workflows is where I would start.
In your experience, what tends to be the most underestimated part of running a company? Can you share an example?
Tiffany Julie: Having tough conversations is hands down the most underestimated part of running a company. I’ve worked with 6,7,8 figure entrepreneurs, and this seems to be the most challenging part for them.
Tough conversations arise in business every day, whether it’s with an employee, business partner, vendor, or service provider, and knowing how to handle those conversations to support the highest good for everyone involved is key to not sabotaging results, stunting business growth, or negatively impacting company culture.
The secret to being a good business owner or company leader is learning how to navigate negotiations, communications, and tough conversations with influence, persuasion, and leadership.
What business or personal goal would you like to achieve this year to consider 2024 a suc- cessful year?
Tiffany Julie: For my coaching company, success in 2024 means building and growing our online community for entrepreneurs. We aim to create a platform where our audience can network, get valuable training, collaborate, and build genuine connections! With AI revolutionizing the online landscape, we will see an increased need for authentic human connection.
By prioritizing community building, businesses not only future-proof themselves against the uncertainties of AI-driven landscapes but also cultivate lasting relationships that form the bedrock of sustainable success online.
As algorithms become increasingly sophisticated, personalized user experiences and community engagement will be critical differentiators in capturing and retaining customer attention.
Communities foster loyalty, trust, and advocacy, serving as invaluable assets in an ever-evolving online marketplace. They provide a platform for meaningful interactions, feedback, and collaboration, enabling businesses to adapt, innovate, and thrive in the face of AI technological disruption.
