My name is Thể Oanh, pronounced like Tey’One or Oanh ‘ONE’ for short, I am an Oracle who serves as a Spiritual Guide, I am deeply passionate about living my truth and being a positive impact on the world. I understand how overwhelmingly hard life can be, how lonely one can feel & how it feels to experience one devastation after another and wanting to give up.
But I also know how it feels to walk through the refining fire to become the best version of myself in spite of the tragedies I’ve faced during my time here on Earth. I believe our hardships can break us down or build us up, I believe that love will deliver us peace and that love must start with self-love. And how hard we love on ourselves will set the standard for how others love us too. I’m inspired to share everything I’ve learned the heartbreaking way so that others don’t have to endure unnecessary pain.

Our audience is interested to know about how you got started in the first place. Did you always want to become a CEO or was it something you were led to? Our readers would love to know your story!
Thể Oanh Nguyen: This question definitely brings me back to my childhood memories when I was about 7 years old, I made my first accessory product, friendship bracelets & I wanted to sell them for a higher price because I made the design to be adjustable, when all the other kids were making them the “standard” way.
I remember making pretend cheques, I perforated my cheques using a needle to patiently & diligently make tiny holes down a straight line against our sofa, just so I could get the satisfaction of signing and ripping my cheques. Ever since I was little, I wanted to be a CEO in one way or another, I bought my first sets of power suits at the age of 18 (I kept a couple of suits as a souvenir) & always had the entrepreneurial spirit but the journey to where I am today, has been a rugged road to say the least.
“Selfmade” is a myth. We all received help, no doubt you love to show appreciation to those who supported you when the going got tough, who has been your most important professional inspiration?
Thể Oanh Nguyen: Thank you for asking this question, there’s a handful of people I’m thankful for. My driving force & fuel to my fire when it comes to anything I accomplish & yet to accomplish is my beloved younger brother Alex Sam Nguyen, turned Fierce Guardian Angel. The heart of my signature coaching program is deeply rooted in Spirituality, with his guidance & ongoing presence, I’m able to harness the courage & resilience to persevere and be of service to others.
I do want to express my immense gratitude for my amazing business coach Lindsay, who has been working with me for the past couple of years. I’m so incredibly thankful that she came into my life because the journey has been difficult with many moving parts but I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor to guide me as I turn my dreams into reality.
How did your journey lead you to become a CEO? What difficulties did you face along the way and what did you learn from them?
Thể Oanh Nguyen: Growing up I faced a lot of challenges such as lack of self-love & suffering in silence which meant as an adult I did my own shadow work to find inner peace. I was supporting and guiding myself right after high school, at 17 years old, $20 to my name, I had too much pride to ask for help & not one single caring adult to show me the way. Shortly after I put myself through makeup school, graduated with honors at the top of my class and with my makeup artistry endeavor, I became a part-time freelance makeup artist. Fast forward to present day, & having built myself back up from rock bottom, after my world collapsed in 2018 due to a series of devastating events. I have since deepened my Spirituality, realigned with my purpose, found my passion for life again & continue to consciously create my grand vision of my one of a kind, online coaching business.
What I’ve learned is that every challenge you face has the potential of propelling you forward in life, IF you choose. Before I knew I wanted to start my coaching business I had tried to start a couple of other business ideas but it never panned out because it wasn’t my purpose. But I pursued these other ventures because it wasn’t as scary to try to sell a product as opposed to selling my services and putting myself out there. Our heart will never lead us astray, so I got out of my own way, committed to doing what I felt was in alignment with my heart & here I am, utterly grateful that I get hold safe space for my clients to gain clarity, realize their limitless potential and thrive in life.
Tell us about your company. What does your business do and what are your responsibilities as a CEO?
Thể Oanh Nguyen: About 8 years ago I conceptualized a unique coaching service that has never been offered in its totality until now.
I knew I wanted to offer a coaching experience that has the power to transform a person in an all encompassing way. But because no one else was offering what I wanted to offer, it was difficult for me to explain & share my vision.
I wanted to harness my toughest lessons learned in life, share my love for fashion, as well as combine my talents as a beauty specialist and offer my best life coaching skills to help my clients experience profound, lasting & tangible results from the inside out & vice versa.
At The One Coach Solutions, I take my clients on a soulful & heart centered journey of radical transformations to removing roadblocks, so my clients can achieve success mentally, emotionally, physically, & financially. Spirituality is the heart of my proprietary method, which is used to guide my clients on their path of personal mastery, to relearn unconditional self-love, while feeling comfortable and sexy in their own skin.
My role as the CEO requires many responsibilities such as turning my vision into fruition, creating systems & being able to articulate my vision in a way that is conceivable to the masses, then deliver that message to my ideal clients. Making important decisions like investing into working with a world-class team to market my business is vital.
As a CEO I have to be adaptable to changing tides but also have a clear action plan to scale my business by growing my team, to help people from all over the world transform their entire lives with a holistic approach. My business & personal goal is to help as many people as possible reconnect with Spirit (inner & outer) to remember we are all interconnected, and to fall in love with themselves & their life, feel sexy in their own skin & be empowered to arrive in the world as the best version of themselves, so we, as citizens of the world can serve our community & the planet as a whole.
What does CEO stand for? Beyond the dictionary definition, how would you define it?
Thể Oanh Nguyen: To me, being a CEO means to CREATE, EMBODY, OFFER.
When you have been endowed with a grand vision that no one else can see, it’s your responsibility to be the guardian of this vision and the messenger. Ensure you do your due diligence.
Eight years ago when I first envisioned my coaching program, I immediately enrolled in a local “competition” for start up businesses to pitch their ideas in front of a panel of judges and first place would win a cash prize. At the time, I wasn’t able to clearly articulate my concept because it was brand-new to me and there wasn’t anyone offering what I had in mind. Even though I was met with some criticism & judgment, I didn’t let anyone diminish my desire to safe guard this vision.
The following years I dedicated my life to researching my industry, learning new skills, refining my innate abilities & consciously CREATING my one of a kind, signature coaching program. I then committed to doing my own inner work by using my unique method and EMBODYING the philosophies, values & teachings during the depths of my despair, so that I can experience the transformations firsthand. Knowing without a shadow of a doubt that my method will work for anyone who commits to the process, it’s my obligation to OFFER these teachings to anyone who wants to live their best life.
When you first became a CEO, how was it different from what you expected? What surprised you?
Thể Oanh Nguyen: I think to my benefit, I didn’t have any expectations, I embarked on my journey as a humble student & hired a wonderful business coach right from the start to guide me as I built my online coaching business. What surprised me was how complex it can be to make something digital that appears simple such as landing pages, sales carts, sales copy etc. I have a new-found respect for web designers anytime I go on a website, landing page or anything of that nature. I learned that a lot of tasks can & will take much longer to get done, especially when it’s your first go & you’re a perfectionist like myself. Give yourself more time than you think you need or delegate that task to someone who can do it better & faster.
There are many schools of thought as to what a CEO’s core roles and responsibilities are. Based on your experience, what are the main things a CEO should focus on? Explain and please share examples or stories to illustrate your vision.
Thể Oanh Nguyen: I believe it’s vitally important for any CEO to focus on getting crystal clear on the company vision, which includes knowing your ideal clients. Being able to communicate the purpose, message & direction of your company in a concise way, will help when you’re looking to hire staff & grow your business. For example, this is particularly relevant when choosing your marketing strategy & which marketing company you want to hire. To get the best results & the most return on your investment, the marketing team you work with must understand the heart of your company, who your ideal clients are & how to reach them.
Another key responsibility is to create methods & teachings that work effectively & result in measurable outcomes. These methods & teachings should also be repeatable so that when you’re ready to scale & hire more staff, your team can be trained to understand the in’s and outs of your programs. Not only that but these methods & teachings should be simple for your clients to take in, so they can feel at ease & trust that you know what you’re doing, because you do. With my signature program, I turn an overwhelming desire of transforming ones entire life into a simple, elegant and effective process that anyone can apply into their lives immediately to experience deep, lasting & tangible results.
As a CEO it’s important for the growth of your business to hone in on your genius zone & hire help when it matters so you don’t become the bottleneck of your own business. This means you also have to be smart with your money, even more so if you’re a startup company. In my business, I enjoy & take pride in being hands on when it comes to the creative or artistic aspects because I have a natural knack for creating art. But I knew that when it comes to technology & marketing, I needed to hand it over to the professionals so that I can focus on what I do best.
Share with us one of the most difficult decisions you had to make for your company that benefited your employees or customers. What made this decision so difficult and what were the positive impacts?
Thể Oanh Nguyen: The hardest decision I’ve had to make thus far was to actually take a break from my business altogether for a couple of years after a series of devastating events that occurred back-to-back. My beloved brothers transition back to Heaven whipped me out completely.
I needed to focus on my healing, regain my will to live & to find my passion for life again. This decision benefits my clients because by experiencing the dark nights of my soul, I deepened my spirituality & strengthened my connection to source energy. Because of that & the help of my Angel, I was able to crack the code and access the ancient wisdom that derives from sacred geometry. Using some of the most popular sacred geometrical shapes known to mankind, such as, the germ of life, the seed of life & the flower of life. I’ll be teaching my clients how to use these designs, in a practical way, as a blueprint I call ‘The 6 Petals of Life’, learning this will help anyone transform your reality.
How would you define success? Does it mean generating a certain amount of wealth, gaining a certain level of popularity, or helping a certain number of people?
Thể Oanh Nguyen: My definition of success is remaining ever evolving, having excellent overall health, staying fit, being able to share generously & take care of my loved ones and our future generations to come. Success is when my love, message & teachings reach all corners of the world, so I can help in raising the vibration of Humanity.
It’s been a life long dream to start an animal sanctuary in honor of my beloved brother, Sam. Success would also mean being a voice & advocate for those who can’t speak for themselves & being a part of the beginning of eradicating poverty, human trafficking & animal abuse. And of course, to have time freedom, so I can explore my passion for visual arts, martial arts & performing arts. Success is having a thriving business where I can work remotely & travel the world, meet my future husband & start my beautiful family. I also want to volunteer with various organizations I believe in & leave this world more beautiful than when I arrived.
Some leadership skills are innate while others can be learned. What leadership skills do you possess innately and what skills have you cultivated over the years as a CEO?
Thể Oanh Nguyen: Intrinsically, I’m a creative visionary, I’m relentless when it comes to conquering any adversities & able to work through my fears. I have strong morals, work ethic, I’m an empath with uncanny intuition & capable of communicating concisely as well as being an active listener, these are some of my strongest innate skills. On the other hand, skills that I’ve cultivated over the years are technology skills because I learned a lot about word press websites, landing pages & how to create sales carts etc.
How did your role as a CEO help your business overcome challenges caused by the pandemic? Explain with practical examples.
Thể Oanh Nguyen: I focused my energy & attention on myself so that I can stay clear minded & calm to plan the road map on how to adapt as the world changed. Going strictly online due to lock down restrictions, I had to create a digital system with elements such has landing pages, sales carts, planning funnels & did everything I needed to do, to pivot to an online business model. I also joined online communities with like-minded entrepreneurs to learn from and support each other. I continued working with my coach & one of the most important thing I did was invested in working with a marketing company to launch & scale my online business.
Do you have any advice for aspiring CEOs and future leaders? What advice would you give a CEO that is just starting out on their journey?
Thể Oanh Nguyen: Make sure you have a strong relationship with yourself, & that you’re deeply in tuned with your purpose, your why, be rooted in your spirit and understand your vision through and through. Your vision was granted to you, so don’t expect others to see what you see, right off the bat.
Do your due diligence, study your industry & be a C.E.O. Be empowered to CREATE your vision, turn it into reality by all means necessary with heart & integrity. EMBODY your business values, principles, methods and everything else that makes your company unique because this will help you create your company culture. OFFER your products or services, if you’re starting off then find ways to gain organic traffic, keep it simple, decide on a marketing strategy that resonates with you and when you’re ready to scale, hire a reliable marketing company with a proven system to help you get your offer out into the world. Remember sales is service.
The entrepreneurial road can be lonely, find support groups & other online communities with people who are on a similar path as you. I can’t stress this enough, I would recommend everyone to hire a competent coach to help them in their personal or professional journey. Find a mentor you connect with, someone who has what you want and be a humble student, be coachable & take inspired action daily. To the best of your ability, make smart business decisions, work through your fears & fail forward.
Finally, be gentle with yourself, this journey isn’t always going to be easy but it’s worth it, you will learn so much about yourself & continue to build your character. You got this, C.E.O.!!!

Thể Oanh Nguyen: Great question! Well, I’m going to save the title of my first memoir a secret but one memoir I’d like to write would be called, “Even The Devil Himself, Knows Love”. It sounds ominous but it’s my way of saying that love always prevails.
