Latasha Brooks: In the past year, our biggest win was launching Virginia’s premier coworking sanctuary! Picture this: breaking ground, not just physically, but paving the way for dreams.
We’ve created a hub where entrepreneurial magic happens. It’s not just a space; it’s a symphony of success stories. Our team’s dedication birthed a place where dreams get their own desk!
We’ve transformed ideas into reality, fueling aspirations and building a community. This achievement isn’t just a milestone; it’s a testament to teamwork, innovation, and the passion that drives us.
What advice do you wish you had received when you started your business journey and what do you intend on improving in the next quarter?
Latasha Brooks: When I started, I wished someone emphasized the power of delegation sooner. Trusting others lightens the load and fuels growth. As for the next quarter, I’m honing our event game!
Investing in four impactful events, revamping our inventory, and empowering speakers with a dedicated platform.
Plus, we have two transformative retreats and enhancing our PR game to shine a spotlight on our journey. It’s all about growth, empowerment, and shaping a thriving community!
Online business keeps on surging higher than ever, B2B, B2C, online shopping, virtual meetings, remote work, Zoom medical consultations, what are your expectations for the year to come and how are you capitalizing on the tidal wave?
Latasha Brooks: With online trends skyrocketing, I foresee an even stronger surge in B2B and B2C spheres, plus a wave of virtual interactions dominating the landscape.
Capitalizing on this tidal wave, I’m steering my investments toward crafting an immersive platform for speakers, boosting our PR game, and staging four impactful events that ride this online momentum.
The focus is on enhancing our inventory, organizing transformative retreats, and aligning our goals with the digital pulse of tomorrow!
Business is all about overcoming obstacles and creating opportunities for growth. What do you see as THE real challenge right now?
Latasha Brooks: Ah, the age-old dance of obstacles and growth! Right now, it’s like navigating a crowded virtual highway—keeping up with the pace without losing sight of authenticity.
The challenge? Balancing the high-speed digital world with the genuine connections we crave.
It’s like driving in a traffic jam, trying to find that perfect harmony between the digital and the human touch!
2020, 2021, and 2022 threw a lot of curve balls into businesses on a global scale. Based on the experience gleaned in the past years, how can businesses thrive in 2023? What lessons have you learned and what advice would you share?
Latasha Brooks: The past few years taught us hard lessons: authenticity is gold in a world of scams. To thrive in 2023, businesses need to keep it accurate.
Be honest, build trust, and stick to your word. Lessons learned? Authenticity is the real deal. My advice? Be precise, earn trust, and that’ll fuel your success.
