The majority of executives use stories to persuade and communicate in the workplace. Can you share with our readers examples of how you implement that in your business to communicate effectively with your team?
Juan Munguia: We have daily meetings just to have a status about any updates either on production, quality controls, or even sales and marketing team. But I am not a micro-management person, and I trust my team and their decisions so no meetings of more than 30 minutes are enough.
