My company is my own and it is currently for my book sales.
2020 and 2021 threw a lot of curveballs into business on a global scale. Based on the experience gleaned in the past couple of years, how can businesses thrive in 2022? What lessons have you learned?
Tonni Lea Larson: I have learned while beginning my business during the pandemic that social media is a great tool to have and use. It has launched my book sales and my ministry. No matter what tool you have, it must be used. That is up to you. If you want to sell your product you have to believe in it and yourself. Promote it.
The pandemic seems to keep on disrupting the economy, what should businesses focus on in 2022? What advice would you share?
Tonni Lea Larson: Their client. The client is the one who is going to make the purchase and tell others about it, either in a positive way or negative way. I prefer the positive way. If I can help my readers, my followers, and my women feel that they matter most, I believe that will increase the sales. They do matter. They are the ones getting me to where I am going.
How has the pandemic changed your industry and how have you adapted?
Tonni Lea Larson: It has made my business. Having access to so many different opportunities and using them.

Tonni Lea Larson: How to keep marketing on social media. I will continue to keep connecting with people everywhere. You never know where that connection will lead you.
Online business surged higher than ever, B2B, B2C, online shopping, virtual meetings, remote work, Zoom medical consultations, what are your expectations for 2022?

The majority of executives use stories to persuade and communicate in the workplace. Can you share with our readers examples of how you implement that in your business to communicate effectively with your team?
Tonni Lea Larson: My story of hardship and brokenness is my story. Others need to hear it. It also is great for anyone to hear because I am not a quitter. I have used determination to keep fighting and moving forward. Life is a great teacher.
Business is all about overcoming obstacles and creating opportunities for growth. What do you see as the real challenge right now?
Tonni Lea Larson: Getting hired for speaking engagements
In 2022, what are you most interested in learning about? Crypto, NFTs, online marketing, or any other skill sets? Please share your motivations.
Tonni Lea Larson: More online marketing, creating a bigger network of others to increase my ability to be hired as a Inspirational/Motivational Speaker and helping other women.
A record 4.4 million Americans left their jobs in September in 2021, accelerating a trend that has become known as the Great Resignation. 47% of people plan to leave their job during 2022. Most are leaving because of their boss or their company culture. 82% of people feel unheard, undervalued and misunderstood in the workplace. Do you think leaders see the data and think “that’s not me – I’m not that boss they don’t want to work for? What changes do you think need to happen?
Tonni Lea Larson: My personal belief is we need to care more for the little guy and not the big one. The little guy, the worker who shows up everyday and puts in his hardest work so the big guy has company. They are what makes the company perform and sell.
On a lighter note, if you had the ability to pick any business superpower, what would it be and how would you put it into practice?
Tonni Lea Larson: Give it away!! I love to give away. I love to help others.
What does “success” in 2022 mean to you? It could be on a personal or business level, please share your vision.
Tonni Lea Larson: Touching lives, helping them heal and to know that they matter. To help them increase in their personal life , family life and their professional life.
