Tonni Lea Larson: I have learned while beginning my business during the pandemic that social media is a great tool to have and use. It has launched my book sales and my ministry. No matter what tool you have, it must be used. That is up to you. If you want to sell your product you have to believe in it and yourself. Promote it.
The pandemic seems to keep on disrupting the economy, what should businesses focus on in 2022? What advice would you share?
Tonni Lea Larson: Their client. The client is the one who is going to make the purchase and tell others about it, either in a positive way or negative way. I prefer the positive way. If I can help my readers, my followers, and my women feel that they matter most, I believe that will increase the sales. They do matter. They are the ones getting me to where I am going.
How has the pandemic changed your industry and how have you adapted?

A record 4.4 million Americans left their jobs in September in 2021, accelerating a trend that has become known as the Great Resignation. 47% of people plan to leave their job during 2022. Most are leaving because of their boss or their company culture. 82% of people feel unheard, undervalued and misunderstood in the workplace. Do you think leaders see the data and think “that’s not me – I’m not that boss they don’t want to work for? What changes do you think need to happen?
Tonni Lea Larson: My personal belief is we need to care more for the little guy and not the big one. The little guy, the worker who shows up everyday and puts in his hardest work so the big guy has company. They are what makes the company perform and sell.
On a lighter note, if you had the ability to pick any business superpower, what would it be and how would you put it into practice?
