We are thrilled to have you join us today, welcome to ValiantCEO Magazine’s exclusive interview! Let’s start off with a little introduction. Tell our readers a bit about yourself and your company.
Dhaval Gajjar: Thank you for having me, Jed! To start with my introduction I am the CEO at Pranshtech Solutions and We technolabs, I’m fortunate to lead a team that shares my passion for innovation. WeTechnolabs is the brainchild that sprang to life during the period of COVID-19 and helped me begin my entrepreneurial journey.
Our tagline for the company is “we <code/> future”. With a global perspective and a commitment to innovation, we’re empowering businesses to thrive in the digital age. I’m on a mission to continuously track the evolving programming trends in the market, exploring advancements in AI, machine learning, and NLP.
Through innovation, we aim to develop tailored solutions for our global clientele, fostering long-lasting partnerships that help them achieve their unique goals.
Based in Michigan, USA, with technical offices strategically positioned in India, I’ve devoted my utmost dedication to elevating Pranshtech into a global technology leader.
Our endeavors have empowered numerous international brands to transform their visions into impactful innovations.
If you were in an elevator with Warren Buffett, how would you describe your company, your services or products? What makes your company different from others? What is your company’s biggest strength?
Dhaval Gajjar: If I were in an elevator with Warren Buffett, I’d first ask him this question, “What factors would you look for in a tech company if you were to invest in it?”I believe his answer would be: Trust, reliability, integrity, and the ability to innovate and uniquely look at things.
Then I’d say, “That’s what you get with my company. We prioritize trust, reliability, and integrity in all our interactions, ensuring that our clients receive innovative and high-quality technology services and solutions.
What sets us apart from others is our commitment to excellence, innovation, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
So, if you were to invest in a tech company like Pranshtech, you would find us with a strong track record of success, a high client retention rate, a solid reputation, and a clear vision to code the future.”
What advice do you wish you had received when you started your business journey and what do you intend on improving in the next quarter?
Dhaval Gajjar: Overcoming the critique and challenges to lead a successful entrepreneurial journey was not easy. I wish people were more supportive of my decision to leave a stagnant job and venture into entrepreneurship.
Nevertheless, if I could go back, I wish someone would have emphasized the importance of following my dream and passion for innovation, technology, and programming. I wish there was a magic wand that would help me build a strong network of like-minded entrepreneurs and enthusiasts.
Networking can open new doors to opportunities, partnerships, and valuable insights from experienced professionals. It would guide me, support me, and provide me with valuable lessons from others who have been through similar challenges.
Moving forward, I intend to focus on expanding our global footprints and building a network of clientele that ensures sustainability for our business. This involves identifying new markets, establishing strategic partnerships, and increasing our marketing efforts to reach a wider audience.
By expanding our global presence and diversifying our client base, we aim to create a more resilient and sustainable business model that can withstand market fluctuations and challenges. This also means expanding our tech resources from three offices to a whole building.
Online business keeps on surging higher than ever, B2B, B2C, online shopping, virtual meetings, remote work, Zoom medical consultations, what are your expectations for the year to come and how are you capitalizing on the tidal wave?
Dhaval Gajjar: I expect the trend of online business to continue surging higher. Both B2B and B2C segments are experiencing rapid growth, fueled by the convenience and accessibility of online shopping.
The shift towards virtual meetings and remote work is also expected to persist, as companies leverage flexible work arrangements and seek efficient ways to collaborate.
To capitalize on this tidal wave, Pranshtech would focus on several key strategies. Firstly, we are increasing our digital capabilities to meet the growing demand for online solutions. This includes leveraging innovative technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, LLM, and others.
Additionally, we are investing in cybersecurity measures to ensure the security and privacy of online transactions and virtual interactions. By staying agile and adaptable, we aim to position ourselves as a leader in providing cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses and individuals in the digital era.
Business is all about overcoming obstacles and creating opportunities for growth. What do you see as THE real challenge right now?
Dhaval Gajjar: The real challenge, I believe, is navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of technology and digital transformation. The continuous advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation have pressurized businesses to adapt and innovate quickly to stay agile and competitive.
This requires not only keeping up with the latest technological developments but also understanding how to leverage these technologies effectively to drive business growth.
However, integrating these technologies into existing business models requires significant investment, expertise, and a willingness to accept change.
Businesses that fail to do so risk falling behind and losing market share to more agile and tech-savvy competitors. Additionally, there is a growing demand from customers for personalized and seamless experiences, which can only be achieved through the adoption of innovative technologies.
Pranshtech is adorned with a team of innovators who strategically help businesses overcome such technological barriers. We are not just another tech company, we are the business partners for innovative solutions that help you stay agile and adapt in today’s fast-paced digital landscape.
In your experience, what tends to be the most underestimated part of running a company? Can you share an example?
Dhaval Gajjar: Let me drop a truth bomb: one of the most underestimated aspects of running a company is the need for continuous learning and adaptation. In today’s dynamically evolving landscape of technology, companies that fail to evolve and innovate are at risk of falling behind.
The best example of this is the case of Blackberry and Nokia, once dominant players in the mobile phone industry. While Blackberry resisted the wave of smartphones and touchscreens, sticking to their traditional keyboard-based models, Nokia was adamant about sticking to its technology.
This lack of innovation and failure to accept new technologies ultimately led to Blackberry and Nokia’s decline, while competitors like Apple and Samsung thrived.
Thus, companies that prioritize continuous learning and adaptation are better equipped to anticipate market trends, respond to customer needs, and stay ahead of the competition.
On a lighter note, if you had the ability to pick any business superpower, what would it be and how would you put it into practice?
Dhaval Gajjar: Well, if I could pick any business superpower, I would choose the power of innovation.
This superpower would empower me to envision and create groundbreaking solutions that transcend conventional boundaries, setting my business apart in the marketplace.
I would use this superpower to cultivate a dynamic environment within my organization that fosters creativity and takes up experimentation. I would encourage my team to challenge existing norms, explore new ideas, and take calculated risks in pursuit of innovation.
I would also collaborate with external partners, such as startups, research institutions, and industry experts, to tap into diverse perspectives and insights. By leveraging a collaborative approach to innovation, I would expand the scope of possibilities and accelerate the pace of progress.
With the power of innovation at my disposal, I would lead my business to pioneer new products, services, and business models that redefine industry standards and create lasting value for customers.
