We are thrilled to have you join us today, welcome to ValiantCEO Magazine’s exclusive interview! Let’s start off with a little introduction. Tell our readers a bit about yourself and your company.
Andrea Glasser: I’m a wife and a mom, I’m a friend to those who possess good character and strong values. I help ambitious entrepreneurial minded people create a successful online business with low risk and start-up cost while making passive income along the journey. Helping others helps you. Understand that! So, get over yourself and create a lifestyle where time and money is not an issue anymore and live the life you’re meant having.
2020 and 2021 threw a lot of curve balls into business on a global scale. Based on the experience gleaned in the past couple years, how can businesses thrive in 2022? What lessons have you learned?
Andrea Glasser: If you are excuse oriented, anything can stop you from doing what you need to do to help others and improve your life. Results show the work you did 6-12 month ago. If you don’t know what to do, ask. If you don’t ask, the answer is always NO.
The pandemic seems to keep on disrupting the economy, what should businesses focus on in 2022? What advice would you share?
Andrea Glasser: Give yourself a chance to talk to the right mentor who has not just fruit on the tree, but also the character and values you admire, who is willing to help and can help you accomplish your dreams. You are not alone in this, stop holding on to your status, your ego, your excuses. Everything you want already exists!
How has the pandemic changed your industry and how have you adapted?
Andrea Glasser: The pandemic was a blessing in disguise, it revealed our strengths and weaknesses and pushed us out of the comfort zone in order to become better. My industry was positively affected since people started looking more than ever towards self-development, towards ways to create a passive income, towards online shopping. It’s the new normal.
What advice do you wish you received when the pandemic started and what do you intend on improving in 2022?
Andrea Glasser: I don’t live with regrets. I have the best coaches and mentors who are always there to guide me, keep me on the right track, and challenge me to stretch out of my comfort zone and become bigger and better every day so that I can help more people. Success is repetition!
Online business surged higher than ever, B2B, B2C, online shopping, virtual meetings, remote work, Zoom medical consultations, what are your expectations for 2022?
Andrea Glasser: I don’t have expectations only of myself. I can’t control what others do or say, I can only control my own habits and thinking. I can only hope that people learn to adapt, to evolve, to change.
How many hours a day do you spend in front of a screen?
Andrea Glasser: I spend as many hours is necessary in front of a screen. I don’t watch TV for the past 6 years, so all I do is connect with people and read between the lines.
The majority of executives use stories to persuade and communicate in the workplace. Can you share with our readers examples of how you implement that in your business to communicate effectively with your team?
Andrea Glasser: I learn the best through stories and analogies. I’m also a visual person. I keep things simple, I don’t try to impress, I do my best to relate to others, to inspire by my own example, I delegate based on necessity and I never take the credit for the accomplishments. The secret is to always surround myself with people that are smarter and better than me and work as a team.
Business is all about overcoming obstacles and creating opportunities for growth. What do you see as the real challenge right now?
Andrea Glasser: People have become too afraid to try something new because they don’t want to fail, they are too confused about who they are, what they are capable of, and they lack confidence and trust in themselves. That affects their decisions, their habits, and blurs their vision.
In 2022, what are you most interested in learning about? Crypto, NFTs, online marketing, or any other skill sets? Please share your motivations.
Andrea Glasser: Online marketing is part of what I do and what I can help others with. My focus is single minded, not double minded, so I stick with one great thing at the time.
A record 4.4 million Americans left their jobs in September in 2021, accelerating a trend that has become known as the Great Resignation. 47% of people plan to leave their job during 2022. Most are leaving because of their boss or their company culture. 82% of people feel unheard, undervalued and misunderstood in the workplace. Do you think leaders see the data and think “that’s not me – I’m not that boss they don’t want to work for? What changes do you think need to happen?
Andrea Glasser: People need to stop looking at themselves and think they are invincible. Leaders have to get down and dirty and relate to others. People in general need to care more, trust more, help others more
On a lighter note, if you had the ability to pick any business superpower, what would it be and how would you put it into practice?
Andrea Glasser: I already did, I’m investing in people.
What does “success” in 2022 mean to you? It could be on a personal or business level, please share your vision.
Andrea Glasser: Once you get a taste of significance, you don’t care about success anymore.
