In the hustle and bustle of life, Vange Cain found herself constantly striving, proving, and giving. From a young age, she carried within her a sense of inadequacy as a woman. There was a deep-rooted belief that her worth as a woman was contingent upon how much she could offer, whether it was her time, care, or support. It was a weight she carried, and it often left her feeling that her mere presence wasn’t valuable unless she was actively contributing. This sense of inadequacy was deeply rooted in her belief system, a belief system that she realized needed a profound transformation. The journey to self-love and self-acceptance was, for her, a path to rewriting these beliefs. She understood that her value as a woman didn’t solely rely on the actions she took but on the essence of who she was.
One of the misconceptions that had held her captive for years was the notion that her nurturing abilities were somehow not enough. Society’s pressure to constantly do and give had left her feeling as though she never truly measured up if she wasn’t engaged in active service. She had, in essence, lost sight of the innate strength that resided within her. The healing journey required her to confront these deeply ingrained beliefs and question their validity. She began to realize that the value of her presence as a woman was not contingent upon being in a constant state of action. Her worth was not measured solely by her ability to give but by the unique qualities, strengths, and energy that she brought into the world.
These beliefs had played a significant role in shaping Vange Cain’s identity, often in ways that she wasn’t aware of. She had internalized the message that nurturing and giving were not just optional but obligatory for a woman.

PRACTICE:
Allow yourself to settle into a comfortable posture, keeping your back straight but relaxed. Rest your hands softly in your lap. And once you have settled in, gently close your eyes.
With your eyes closed, begin to connect to your breath that is flowing freely through your body. Notice its ease and effortless nature. As you shift your attention to your breath, you allow all your concerns to slowly be replaced by feelings of relaxation. Give yourself permission to welcome in feelings of comfort and peace as you set all your responsibilities aside. Let’s deepen our sense of inner calm by taking a couple of deep, soothing breaths.
To begin, consciously loosen your belly. Completely relax without holding any tension in your muscles. Just let it be soft. Prepare to breathe in slowly through your nose, taking your time to follow the path of the breath. As you inhale, follow the breath all the way down, through your nose, throat, and chest, all the way down into your belly. As you exhale slowly through pursed lips, feel your belly sink back towards your spine as you release the breath. See if you can continue to follow your breath as it moves along this path through your body. So, just filling up your belly on the in-breath… and emptying your belly completely on the out-breath.
Follow the journey of the breath from the very start of an inhale, to the slight pause in the middle, and to the very end of an exhale. Inhale deeply, keeping your belly soft and relaxed…and exhale slowly; letting it all go. Now, I invite you to imagine yourself in a peaceful and calming place, such as a beach, a forest, or a mountaintop. Imagine yourself surrounded by beauty and serenity.
Focus on your body. Bring your attention to your feet and imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet deep into the earth. Feel these roots anchoring you to the ground, providing a sense of stability and security.
Moving your attention to your heart center, imagine a warm and radiant light emanating from within. This light represents the essence of your confidence, and as it spreads throughout your chest and body, you feel it radiating outward. Visualize yourself engaging in an activity that you excel in, something that makes you feel strong and capable. As you imagine yourself in this scenario, feel your confidence growing stronger and brighter within you.
Feel your energy and presence expanding and taking up space in the world. As you take a few deep breaths, allow yourself to sink deeper into the feeling of confidence and strength that you’ve cultivated. Imagine this feeling spreading throughout your entire body, filling you up with a sense of power and purpose. Visualize this feeling as a bright and radiant light, shining from within you and illuminating everything around you. Feel it pulsing with energy and vitality, reminding you of your own innate strength and resilience.
As you continue to breathe deeply and fully; know that this feeling of (confidence)and (strength) is always available to you. You can access it at any time, simply by focusing your attention on your inner resources and reminding yourself of your own inherent worth and value. Allow yourself to bask in this feeling for as long as you like, knowing that it is a source of comfort, inspiration, and motivation. You are capable of achieving great things, and with this sense of confidence and strength at your disposal, there is nothing that can stand in your way. When you are ready, gently bring your attention back to your physical surroundings. Take a few more deep breaths, and when you feel ready, slowly open your eyes
Radiate Strength Through Feminine Energy
At just 16, Vange Cain embraced motherhood, and by 17, she had her own apartment. The responsibilities of parenthood and the necessity of providing for her family kept her tirelessly busy. She struggled to connect with her feelings and emotions. The art of receiving, the comfort it brings, was often elusive, overshadowed by the constant need to give. The pressures of paying bills and the demands of life accentuated her tendency to keep doing, to keep proving her worth. But amidst the cacophony of responsibilities, something vital was missing – the profound connection with her own feelings and the tranquility of receiving.
It’s time for women to redefine what it means to be a woman. It’s time to honor our nurturing abilities and to recognize the strength in simply being. This is the path to self-love, self-acceptance, and a new way of being a woman that is deeply connected to the power of feminine energy.
Final Thoughts
Today, Vange Cain is committed to guiding all women along this transformative path. The art of receiving is not a sign of weakness but a testament to our self-worth. It’s an energy that lies dormant within each of us, waiting to be awakened. As we learn to do less and receive more, we find a profound connection with our own feelings and, in turn, with the world around us.
Through meditation, she guides women to rediscover their feminine energy, embrace the power of simply being, and understand that self-love and self-acceptance stem not just from doing but from nurturing, receiving, and reconnecting with the authentic essence that resides within each of us.
Vange Cain’s mission is to inspire women to embrace this newfound energy, and to understand that true fulfillment comes not just from constant doing but from the simple act of being, nurturing, and receiving. Join her at Queen’s Mansion Academy for proper guidance and mentorship. It’s a journey of self-love, self-acceptance, and self-discovery, and it’s a journey worth taking. Together, let’s embark on this path of rediscovery, where the balance between doing and being becomes a source of strength and a celebration of our authenticity.
