We are thrilled to have you join us today, welcome to ValiantCEO Magazine’s exclusive interview! Let’s start off with a little introduction. Tell our readers a bit about yourself and your company.
Tracy Litt: My name is Tracy Litt and I am the the founder of The Litt Factor, an international best-selling author, podcast host, creator of Mind Magic®, quantum success mentor, and emotional healer. I also hold professional licensing in coaching, neurology, somatics, and hypnotherapy.
I believe in the concept of community being the universal medicine for all. I integrate and utilize consciousness, neuroscience, healing, and energetics to help my clients evolve into the next level version of themselves.
My own personal journey from a single mother on food stamps to Vice President of Human Resources to CEO & Founder of a 7-figure personal growth company, fuels my passion for ensuring that everyone knows that who they’ve been is zero indication of who they are capable of becoming.
Ultimately, I want to guide all the people that I can reach toward unlocking their unlimited potential and creating a lasting impact on this world
What advice do you wish you had received when you started your business journey and what do you intend on improving in the next quarter?
Tracy Litt: You can never grow your success faster than you grow yourself!
What everyone needs to know when they start their entrepreneurial journey is that it is actually a personal growth journey in disguise. And it is something you need to invest in from start to finish ; and there is no way around that. Investing in yourself is not optional.
If you want what you say you want, and you are ready to access the fullness of your capacity; it is only going to happen because you continue to invest in yourself.
Here is a two-fold question: What is the book that influenced you the most and how? Please share some life lessons you learned. Now what book have you gifted the most and why?
Tracy Litt: “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself” by Joe Dispenza. The book put words to what I was feeling inside at the time about how malleable we all are. It gave scientific data to account for the fact that we can change any and every part of ourselves – and that is all I needed to know to continue doing this work.
Some life lessons I have learned that I hold near and dear are that : Everything is a choice, we are more energy than we are matter, and everything is inherently meaningless – everything is neutral. I know that last answer may stop some people dead in their tracks and for those that it brought to a screeching halt – I encourage them to come find me. It is also the perfect segue into my last answer.
I wrote a book called, “Worthy Human”, in 2019. I gift it the most not only because I wrote it [smiles], but because by reading it I know that anyone can transform their life with the theory, case studies, and practical applications that exist inside. It is quite literally the gift that keeps on giving!
Business is all about overcoming obstacles and creating opportunities for growth. What do you see as THE real challenge right now?

2020, 2021, and 2022 threw a lot of curve balls into businesses on a global scale. Based on the experience gleaned in the past years, how can businesses thrive in 2023? What lessons have you learned and what advice would you share?
Tracy Litt: I believe that the real challenge right now is that there are too many people that are operating from fear right now.
When you are operating from fear, not only is the lens through which you see the world skewed, but you are also putting yourself in a dysregulated state. And no connection, no compassion, no creativity, or innovation can come from that state of being.
What does “success” in 2023 mean to you? It could be on a personal or business level, please share your vision.
Tracy Litt: From 2020 to 2022, it was as if the universe picked up the Earth, shook it like a snow globe, put it down, and then said, ” What are you all going to do now?”
Every business has a social responsibility and there is one abundantly clear answer to how they can thrive. I believe that answer is to invest in the personal growth of every single person in your organization.
All professional development is personal growth at the core. And when you invest in the individual growth of your people; you will experience a rise in the collective. Imagine a world where every company ACTUALLY put their people first!
