Stefanie Magness: First of all, I would like to extend my gratitude to ValiantCEO Magazine for this exclusive interview. It’s a privilege for me to share my story and my company with your readers. I am Stefanie Magness, the CEO of Legit My Biz, a company that was born out of my passion to help entrepreneurs. After my corporate position was eliminated, I saw the need to provide a helping hand to entrepreneurs who were making costly mistakes.
I use my 24 years of experience and legal education to help entrepreneurs build legitimate businesses. I have developed the L.E.G.I.T. method to ensure that entrepreneurs are able to cross all Ts and dot all Is when it comes to creating a legitimate business.
To broaden my reach, I co-founded LegitTV™, a new tv network that is dedicated to guiding entrepreneurs through various network shows. My business became essential during COVID-19 when many new entrepreneurs were getting denied relief funds due to missed steps. I am proud to be able to help entrepreneurs make the most of their business ventures and succeed in the long run.
In the past year, what is the greatest business achievement you’d like to celebrate with your team? Please share the details of that success.
Stefanie Magness: I am proud to celebrate the achievement of helping over 200 entrepreneurs fix mistakes that were damaging their business or causing non-compliance with regulations. Our team’s dedication to providing customized solutions and avoiding costly mistakes has led to this significant milestone.
This success shows our commitment to helping entrepreneurs establish a legitimate business and reach their full potential. We look forward to continuing our mission and helping even more entrepreneurs succeed.
What advice do you wish you received when you started your business journey and what do you intend on improving in the next quarter?
Stefanie Magness: When I started my business journey, I wish I received advice on the importance of having a clear plan and taking calculated risks. I also wish someone told me about the importance of seeking help when necessary.
In the next quarter, I intend on improving my team’s efficiency and expanding our services to better serve our clients. I believe that continuous growth and improvement are key to success, and I look forward to making progress in the coming months.
Online business keeps on surging higher than ever, B2B, B2C, online shopping, virtual meetings, remote work, Zoom medical consultations, what are your expectations for the year to come and how are you capitalizing on the tidal wave?
Stefanie Magness: The growth of online business, including B2B, B2C, online shopping, virtual meetings, and remote work, is phenomenal. I expect this trend to continue and even accelerate.
Legit My Biz is capitalizing on this surge by expanding online and offering virtual services, exploring partnerships to reach more clients, and providing value. Adapting to the changing landscape is key to success and our efforts will keep us ahead of the curve.
Business is all about overcoming obstacles and creating opportunities for growth. What do you see as THE real challenge right now?
Stefanie Magness: The real challenge in business right now is adapting to the changing landscape. With the shift to online and remote work, businesses must find new ways to overcome challenges and create growth opportunities.
At Legit My Biz, we stay ahead of the curve by offering virtual services and seeking new opportunities for growth. The key is to be adaptable and innovative, always seeking new ways to help our clients succeed.
2020, 2021, 2022 threw a lot of curve balls into businesses on a global scale. Based on the experience gleaned in the past years, how can businesses thrive in 2023? What lessons have you learned, and what advice would you share?
Stefanie Magness: 2020 to 2022 brought unexpected challenges to businesses worldwide. To thrive in 2023, businesses must be flexible, adapt to change, and find new ways to innovate.
A solid plan is important, but also being open to pivoting is key. Prioritizing customers and providing value is crucial. My advice for success in 2023 is to be proactive, stay focused on goals, and be willing to adapt. By doing so, you can weather challenges and find opportunities for growth.
On a lighter note, if you had the ability to pick any business superpower, what would it be and how would you put it into practice?
Stefanie Magness: As a business leader, my superpower would be teleportation to attend multiple events, meet with clients, and network with industry leaders without wasting time on travel.
This power would increase my productivity, efficiency, and help me expand my reach, bring in new opportunities, and achieve my business goals. With teleportation, I can stay ahead of the curve and achieve my ultimate vision for my business.
