Serhii Uspenskyi: My name is Serhii, and I am the CEO of Springs. I have over ten years of experience leading and increasing growth in small and medium businesses. I am Forbes highlighted the CEO with a legal background and technical skills.
I have deep experience with business development, managing sales teams, negotiations, legal, complex project management, HR processes, financial administration, company strategy, and forecasting. In recent years, I have become proficient in Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and Machine Learning.
My company Springs is a leading AI company dedicated to transforming industries through innovative artificial intelligence solutions. Our mission is to create custom software solutions for clients around the world, advancing and elevating the Ukrainian IT business to a new level. Over the past eight years, we have been at the forefront of delivering exceptional AI solutions to clients across the world.
What specific areas of your business have been most impacted by AI, and how?
Serhii Uspenskyi: Today, sales and lead generation are the most impacted sectors in our business that are influenced by artificial intelligence. We use AI tools that boost processes in the sales funnel, starting from the prospects’ research, and finishing with the AI modifying of proposals that have to be sent to the clients. Basically, our sales & marketing team use a couple of AI-powered applications that help with the following:
– Market Research
– Searching for prospects according to the ICP
– Connecting to the prospects automatically
– AI-processing of MQLs and SQLs
How are you ensuring ethical considerations are taken into account in your use of AI?
Serhii Uspenskyi: This is a very good question.
First, we always double-check the results that AI-powered products provide us. So, we need to be sure that all the information we process in our company does not violate any rights or can bring any issues to someone else.
Second, we use AI mostly to help our employees and not to replace humans for 100%. AI is a really good technology to be an assistant in certain cases but it has to be observed by humans to bring the biggest value.
What advice would you give to other CEOs looking to integrate AI into their business?
Serhii Uspenskyi: I would recommend other CEOs at least try AI integration personally (like a personal AI assistant) as a starting point, and then – think about the best way it can benefit your business. It can be customer support AI integration, data analysis, image recognition, etc. – it all depends on the specifics of your business and the department you would like to automate the most. Anyway, don’t be afraid of AI cause this is the future of many business processes for sure.
How do you see AI evolving in your industry over the next 5 years??
Serhii Uspenskyi: Being a CEO of a company that provides custom AI solutions, especially AI Agents, I am completely confident that my industry will grow at least 5-7 times within the next 5 years. I can see how rapidly it is growing year by year, and how the AI technologies we use are spreading over and over. So, yeah, the industry of AI tech will show many “smart surprises” to the world many times.
