In the past year, what is the greatest business achievement you’d like to celebrate with your team? Please share the details of that success.

Rudy Mawer: We have 10Xed our business in the last year in every way possible. Our staff has grown from around 10 people last year to over 100 staff members. Our office space has grown in size. We are now making close to $2m/month. I am launching my personal brand with a new podcast, book and youtube channel in Q1 of 2023. Living The Red Life Podcast is streaming now!

What advice do you wish you received when you started your business journey and what do you intend on improving in the next quarter?

Rudy Mawer: Whatever you think will take you 10 years to do, could actually likely be done in a year. Many of us have limiting beliefs on time that keep us comfortable playing it small. In the next quarter, I plan on setting the stage for another year of massive growth. By the end of the year, Rudy Mawer will be a household name.

Online business keeps on surging higher than ever, B2B, B2C, online shopping, virtual meetings, remote work, Zoom medical consultations, what are your expectations for the year to come and how are you capitalizing on the tidal wave?

Rudy Mawer: Mawer Capital is a digital marketing agency so we primarily live on the internet. We advertise online, we market online, we sell online courses. We intend to continue to capitalize on the internet and are forced to continue to scale the staff to meet the customer demands.

Business is all about overcoming obstacles and creating opportunities for growth. What do you see as THE real challenge right now?

Rudy Mawer: Right now at Mawer Capital, Public Relations and national coverage is our biggest hurdle. We just developed our PR department but we expect it to grow and see results rather quickly.

In your experience, what tends to be the most underestimated part of running a company? Can you share an example?.

Rudy Mawer: Marketing tends to be underestimated but marketing and advertising is the best way to create more customers and thus more sales. Branding is another thing that people underestimate. If you have a strong brand it is easier to build consumer trust, which again leads to sales.

What does “success” in the year to come mean to you? It could be on a personal or business level, please share your vision.

Rudy Mawer: By the end of 2023 I expect to double the revenue at minimum. I also expect to be a world recognized personality.
