Pam, we’re so honored to have you here. Tell us who you are and what Vision Made Media is all about?
Pamela Stone: As the Founder and CEO of Vision Made Media, I help women, especially those over the age of 40 reclaim their purpose and step into their “What’s Next.” Whether it’s through our magazine, talk show, streaming platform, or podcast, we’re all about giving women the tools, stories, and community they need to boldly go after the next chapter of their lives or fulfill their newest dreams and passions.
You’ve said life after 45 was filled with uncertainty for you. What inspired you to turn that uncertainty into a media movement?
Pamela Stone: I had a moment that shook me up: waking up every day to the same routine, the same cubicle, the same script. One day I just thought, Is this it? I knew there had to be more. That moment of frustration turned into a spark, and that spark became Vision Made Media. It was my way of saying to myself. and now to other women, “You don’t have to settle. You can start again.”
What does it mean to you when you say you help women discover their “What’s Next”?
Pamela Stone: Helping them realize their next chapter can be anything they want it to be! Whether starting a business, finding a new purpose, taking care of themselves, or just rediscovering joy “What’s Next” gives you the freedom to choose your path without guilt, shame, or fear.
Let’s talk about the She Shift Podcast. What was the inspiration behind the show, and what can listeners expect from tuning in?
Pamela Stone: The She Shift Podcast was born from real conversations I was having with women every day: stories of reinvention and hope. I wanted to create a space where those voices could be heard and celebrated. If you join us, you can expect warm conversations, tangible tips, laughter, and a whole lot of encouragement.
What makes women over 45 such an important audience for you to serve?
Pamela Stone: Because people don’t realize we are just getting started! Women over 45 are powerful, wise, vibrant, and ready.
Why is community so important in the wellness and empowerment journey for women?
Pamela Stone: Because we can’t do this alone. Community keeps you grounded and gives you a soft place to land when life gets tough and at times, it absolutely will. When you fall, your tribe reminds you who you are and helps you stand back up. That kind of support is priceless and it’s exactly what we hope to create here at Vision Made Magazine.
What role has wellness played in your personal transformation and leadership journey?
Pamela Stone: It’s been everything. My relationship with food, movement, and mindset had to shift before anything else could. Now, I move daily, set clear intentions, and embrace progress, but I’m careful not to aim for perfection! Wellness gives me the stamina to serve and the energy to live my What’s Next to the fullest.
For women feeling burned out or stuck in midlife, what’s one first step you recommend?
Pamela Stone: Pause and ask yourself, What do I really want? Not what’s expected of you, not what your job title says, but what you want. That question is the gateway to your “What’s Next.”
How do you integrate intention and vision into your daily routine?
Pamela Stone: I set a daily intention and put it in my calendar, just like a meeting, so that I keep and honor that promise to myself. It could be something like “stay present” or “speak kindly to myself.” That one small practice shifts everything.
What are your biggest dreams for Vision Made Media’s future?
Pamela Stone: I’m dreaming big! We’re expanding our streaming network, bringing on more shows, and my plans include in-person events in Ohio, where I am based, so that women can connect and rediscover their dreams, their goals, and who they really are without all of the noise.
