In the past year, what is the greatest business achievement you’d like to celebrate with your team? Please share the details of that success.
Nisha Sanjeev: The greatest business achievement last year was watching 3 clients launch their books at the Sharjah Book Fair.
What advice do you wish you received when you started your business journey and what do you intend on improving in the next quarter?
Nisha Sanjeev: To discuss my plans with only those who deserve ti hear it, with only those who have my best interests in mind.
In the next quarter, I would be prudent in sharing my business strategies.

Nisha Sanjeev: The book that influenced me the most is ‘ The Seat of the soul’ by Gary Zukov. The life lessons I learned from that are…
- Always have an Intention before doing anything.
- Learn how to harness your authentic power.
The book that I have gifted the most is my 2nd book – ‘ Step Out n Step It Up ‘
Christopher Hitchens, an American journalist, is quoted as saying that “everyone has a book in them” Have you written a book? If so, please share with us details about it. If you haven’t, what book would you like to write and how would you like it to benefit the readers?
Nisha Sanjeev: I have written 4 books.
- “Style Your Destiny”
( The book talks about the importance of harnessing ones Higher Calling in life.)
- “When Your Job Sucks”
(The book talks about how to successfully transcend into a career that gives one joy and peace)
- “Step Out n Step It Up”
( This book offers a powerful code of conduct that can effectively and quickly transform our lives to experience freedom)
- “Anamica”
( This is a novel in verse that stresses the truth about not pawning our dream for social status)
2020, 2021, 2022 threw a lot of curve balls into businesses on a global scale. Based on the experience gleaned in the past years, how can businesses thrive in 2023? What lessons have you learned and what advice would you share?
Nisha Sanjeev: Collaboration is the name of the game going forward in 2023
Lessons I learned:
- Be authentic always in all ways
- Function from a space of love
- Hold no grudges. Move on.
On a lighter note, if you had the ability to pick any business superpower, what would it be and how would you put it into practice?
Nisha Sanjeev: Business Superpower:
I would love to magically help millions become authors and watch them thrive in their power. I intent to hold more group coaching sessions and use social media more effectively to spread the cause.
What does “success” in the year to come mean to you? It could be on a personal or business level, please share your vision.
Nisha Sanjeev: Success for me has always been JOY.
I intend to be joyful at all times, no matter how my career goes, no matter what happens on the personal front, no matter what happens in the world around.
