Company: Our & Are
We are thrilled to have you join us today, welcome to ValiantCEO Magazine’s exclusive interview! Let’s start off with a little introduction. Tell our readers a bit about yourself and your company.
Lindsay Schroeder: Thank you for having me. I’m honored to be here!
My name is Lindsay Schroeder, and I am a professional priestess—a title rooted in ancient wisdom, yet profoundly relevant in today’s world. My work exists at the intersection of science and magic, the practical and the energetic. It began as a deep remembering, a call to service that has evolved to meet the needs of our modern, fast-paced society—a society that, despite its advancements, often leaves people feeling disconnected, unfulfilled, and out of alignment with themselves.
In essence, I am a midwife—not always for human babies (though a few have been born under my care)—but for something just as sacred: transformation. The “baby” my clients birth is their vision, their business, their soul-aligned path, their greatest creations, and, ultimately, a truer, more expansive version of themselves.
My work addresses the growing crisis of disconnection—disconnection from self, from purpose, from presence. I provide the structure and support that allows deep transformation to take place. Imagine a riverbank guiding the flow of water or the chrysalis holding space for a caterpillar’s metamorphosis—I am the stable container, and my clients are the evolving force within it.
I have been called many things: a spiritual wellness coach, an intuitive business mentor, a seer, a teacher, and a guide. But at the heart of it all, my mission is simple: to help people unlock the magic of being fully alive. In a world that often dulls our senses and burdens us with limiting beliefs, I help individuals reconnect—to themselves, to their power, to their purpose.
Through courses, trainings, and deep inner work, I guide my clients to explore the aspects of self that shape their external reality. Because we can only meet others as deeply as we’ve met ourselves.
So, I ask: Are you ready to meet yourself on a deeper level? To experience more fulfillment, connection, embodiment, and alignment with your soul’s blueprint? If your answer is even a quiet, tentative yes, then my work is calling to you.
What are your top personal and professional goals for 2025, and how do you plan to achieve them?
Lindsay Schroeder: My top professional goals for 2025 center around expanding the reach of my work and establishing a strong foundation in industries and spaces where transformation is deeply needed. While I have worked with individuals in these areas, I have only just begun to scratch the surface of what is truly required.
For years, my soulmate clients have been soulpreneurs—visionary leaders, healers, and energetic service providers. But the need for this work extends far beyond the spiritual community. There are countless individuals in the corporate world, in high-performance environments, and within hustle culture who are deeply craving the support of a professional priestess—whether they have the language for it yet or not. In 2025, my mission is to bring this work into those very spaces with greater ferocity, boldness, and confidence.
I am expanding my ability to be who and what I am in these settings. I am here to serve those who are awakening—including those who still walk into an office building, clock in, hold a gavel, or carry the responsibility of a life in their hands. Awakening is not a one-size-fits-all process. Many individuals experience profound shifts but find themselves without integration support—no one helping them navigate their transformation with clarity, embodiment, and grounded action. Every day, I witness the patterns of scarcity, overwhelm, and the pervasive sense of “never enough” reflected in people’s energy fields. My work is about shifting these patterns—helping individuals embody a new truth:
You are enough. You are worthy. You are deserving.
To achieve this, I am continuing to develop and expand The Spiral Path, my signature method that blends:
Active Processing – The exploration, discussion, education, and conscious awareness of transformation.
Active Practicing – The integration, embodiment, rewiring, and recalibration of new ways of being.
True transformation requires both—ascending into divinity and descending into humanity, over and over again, until the mind, body, and energy move in harmony. My process is designed not just to teach, but to guide—helping individuals validate their own inner knowing, deepen their intuitive abilities, and integrate these shifts into every area of their lives.
On a personal level, my greatest goal is to contribute to the elevation of our planet’s vibration. Whether through my memberships, masterclasses, masterminds, or private coaching, my mission remains the same: to awaken the magic within each individual and empower them to consciously create the life they desire.
Magic is real. We all deserve to be aware of it, to engage with it, and to wield it with intention. My work exists to support that truth.
Looking back at 2024, what was the biggest lesson you learned, and how will it influence your approach in 2025?
Lindsay Schroeder: 2024 was my year of visibility, safety, and sovereignty. It was a year of deep personal and professional expansion—of reconfiguring my understanding of what it truly means to be seen. I began the year creating safety in being visible, but I ended it desiring to be seen—for my great work, my perspectives, and my gifts.
That shift—the difference between “it’s okay to be seen” and “I desire to be seen”—was far more profound than I had imagined.
We are living in an era where visibility is more accessible than ever before. The internet, social media, and our hyper-connected world have transformed the way we share our work. It is the safest it has ever been to be what I am and to do what I do—and yet, this same level of visibility means standing on the biggest stage, with more eyes and ears on me than ever before.
In 2024, I focused on healing my witch wound—both personally and professionally. I worked through the deeply ingrained fears of persecution, judgment, and rejection that have silenced so many before me. As a result, my understanding of social media, marketing, networking, and self-promotion expanded exponentially. I no longer see these as external strategies but as energetic practices—extensions of my sovereignty, my embodiment, and my willingness to take up space.
I learned how to create safety within myself.
I learned how to command my sovereignty in my practice and business.
I now embody my visibility lessons.
I am willing to be seen for who and what I truly am. And that requires courage. It takes a willingness to be polarizing. It takes an unshakable inner foundation to stand up and boldly proclaim my gifts, knowing that for every soulmate client I attract, there will be others who dismiss or even deny the validity of my work.
At one time, that kind of resistance would have shaken me. It would have led to questioning myself, doubting my path. But now, I have a process to transmute it—to alchemize rejection into deeper embodiment, deeper clarity, and deeper purpose.
This is not just my journey. It is the journey of so many of my clients. In my work, I don’t just help people “solve” an issue—I guide them into discovering their process, their method, their embodiment so that they can become the version of themselves who knows how to transmute.
Because what if life was no longer about the destination?
What if it was about the method of travel?
What if every step along the journey was something to be savored, to be learned from, to be loved?
In 2025, I am bringing this lesson forward in everything I do. The way we move through life—our internal process—is the magic. And I’m here to ensure that more people can experience the freedom of embodying that truth.
What trends or innovations do you predict will significantly impact your industry this year?
Lindsay Schroeder: My industry is simultaneously booming, expanding, and imploding.
We can speak to this through two lenses—the coaching industry and the world of spirituality, energetic work, and magic.
One of the most significant trends I see (with all three of my eyes) is the growing divide between those who excel at marketing and sales but lack true substance and those who possess extraordinary gifts yet struggle to attract clients. This imbalance has created a landscape of both fear and deceit—where many seekers have invested in promises of transformation only to receive superficial guidance, empty frameworks, or even outright manipulation.
The result? A collective wounding and mistrust in the industry. People are waking up to the fact that just because someone can sell doesn’t mean they can serve. And on the other side, deeply gifted practitioners are beginning to understand that being great at their craft is no longer enough—they must also master (or delegate) the art of business, branding, and visibility.
This is where the sacred union of business and spirit becomes essential.
I believe the solution lies in The Spiral Path—not just as a personal transformation model, but as the framework for the future of our industry. It is no longer about choosing between strategy and intuition, between structure and flow, between business and magic. It is about integration—the sacred marriage of divine masculine and divine feminine principles.
This industry is evolving beyond linear growth models. You’ve likely heard the phrase, “healing isn’t linear.” That’s because it’s geometric. It’s multidimensional. It moves in spirals, expanding in layers, deepening with every iteration.
This ancient truth is resurfacing as the next evolution of transformational work. The leaders who honor this multidimensionality—who master both the art of business and the depth of true service—will be the ones shaping the future of this industry.
I will continue to navigate these waters with integrity, discernment, and devotion. I am grateful every day for the ability to speak my truth into the void of the internet and attract my soulmate clients. And I will continue to show up, not just as a practitioner, but as a way-shower for a new paradigm.
How do you approach goal-setting and maintaining focus throughout the year?
Lindsay Schroeder: I approach goal-setting and focus through the lens of The Spiral Path—a fluid dance between long-term vision and short-term execution. For me, it’s never just about checking off tasks; it’s about who I am being as I move through my “get-to-do” list.
Everything is energy. Every action carries a vibration. That’s why I take a holistic approach to goal-setting—one that integrates both structure and fluidity, strategy and embodiment, action and intention.
For example, when I create content—whether for social media, landing pages, funnels, or email marketing—I don’t just focus on the mechanics: the hooks, the CTAs, the strategic placement. I also prepare my energetic state before recording, imprint my intention on the content, and align my frequency before hitting “send” or “post.” This isn’t just a business strategy; it’s an energetic calibration.
This dual approach creates an infinity loop—a continuous movement forward in my business, while simultaneously tending to my own vibrational alignment. The unseen work is just as important as the seen.
Because ultimately, one degree of difference—sustained over time—leads to an entirely different destination. The secret to achieving goals and maintaining focus isn’t just in the doing, but in the being. When both are in alignment, success becomes inevitable.
What advice would you give to other leaders and entrepreneurs looking to make 2025 their best year yet?
Lindsay Schroeder: The depth to which you’ve met yourself determines the depth to which you can meet success.
Your beliefs about yourself—what you deserve, what you’re worthy of, how much you can create, how much you can hold—govern your entire existence. If you want 2025 to be your best year yet, start by asking:
What is success to me?
Leila Hormozi said, “Success is about the kind of person I can become.” That quote compressed my perspective down to its core truth. Success isn’t just about what you achieve—it’s about who you become.
If you haven’t taken the time to define success on your own terms, do that now. Otherwise, you’ll find yourself chasing money, external validation, or someone else’s version of success—only to realize that when you “get there,” it doesn’t feel the way you thought it would.
The real game-changer is this: when your business feeds you and you feed your business—when doing your great work is the very thing that elevates you—you create a success that is unshakable.
Prioritize a success that cannot be tainted or taken from you, and you won’t just have your best year yet—you’ll have the best year over and over again.
