What does success mean to you beyond financial growth, and how has your definition evolved over time?
Jason English : Success, to me, goes beyond financial growth—it’s about personal fulfillment, creating lasting impact, and maintaining balance in life.
Can you share a specific failure or major setback that unexpectedly led to a significant breakthrough in your career?
Jason English : One of my most significant setbacks occurred during a project that faced major technical issues. Instead of viewing it as a failure, I leveraged it as a learning opportunity, which led to breakthroughs in problem-solving and innovative solutions that became integral to my entrepreneurial mindset.
How do you measure personal fulfillment and impact in your role as an entrepreneur or CEO?
Jason English : I measure personal fulfillment by the positive impact we create for our users and by fostering a work culture that encourages growth and innovation. Success to me is when our solutions genuinely solve problems and improve lives.
