Thank you for joining us, please introduce yourself to our readers.
Jamie Beringer: I am Jamie Beringer an Attraction Marketing and Client Acquisition Coach and Mentor. I help female coaches and service providers rapidly grow their online business and consistently close high tickets. My specialty is helping CEOs attract ideal clients through my proven organic marketing and sales strategies.
Can you tell our readers in what ways you are disrupting your industry?
Jamie Beringer: I’m disrupting the coaching industry by showing women to use organic marketing strategies on social media that is all about building an authentic personal brand while building meaningful relationships with their audiences, without needing a huge email list or ads.
After hitting $50K in 6 weeks and then $100K in 93 days selling 1 program alone, my Social Profits program, I just knew that I had to develop my own framework so that I could teach my proven process to others.
So I developed the R.E.A.L Formula which is my unique signature framework that has already helped my clients generate $100K in the past 6 months, all ORGANICALLY!
Did you become a disruptor by choice or by necessity? Tell us more about the journey.
Jamie Beringer: It was by choice!
It started when I discovered L’BRI Pure and Natural’s products which ultimately changed my life, after struggling with acne for 20 years. Within 3 months, my acne cleared, and my confidence grew.
I finally felt beautiful! I couldn’t help but rave about these products.
This is how I accidentally became a network marketer, where I grew my team to 200 women across the USA in just a year and a day.
Being in the online marketing space I was exposed to the ‘coaching’ world where I realized that this was exactly how I was going to help women. My mission was to help other women entrepreneurs become financially free.
I quickly pivoted to online coaching and mentoring, and after months of struggling, I went from inconsistent $3K months to a $50K month within 6 weeks as a new online-based coach using an organic attraction-marketing model.
I continued to scale and hit $100K in 93 days by selling the Social Profits, my signature program, and have not looked back since.
Now for the main focus of this interview: Many readers may wonder what are the biggest challenges women entrepreneurs must overcome to be successful?
Jamie Beringer: I am a single mother of two beautiful girls, so my time, focus, and commitment have to be more on just me and my business.
I had extreme limiting self-beliefs and kept myself small most of my life.
I struggle with ADHD, anxiety, a learning disability in reading and writing, along with PTSD from extremely abusive relationships.
I was overlooked in all areas of my life, which lead me to becoming the ‘stereotypical single mom’ on welfare.
One of my past toxic and abusive relationships almost became fatal which led me to a custody battle where I was court-ordered to attend a women’s group counseling.
During this traumatic time of my life, I observed all the women in our counseling sessions and I listened to all these sad and disturbing stories.
That was the pivotal moment when I knew I wanted to help other women. I didn’t know how, but I knew I had found my passion and my purpose in that moment.
Today, I am a coach and mentor helping other women with their limited beliefs so that they can build their dream businesses so that they are financially free.
$100K in 93 days by selling the Social Profits, my signature program, and have not looked back since.
How did you overcome these obstacles? Who helped you during these difficult times and how did they?
Jamie Beringer: Of course I have friends and family who continuously support me and I am so thankful for them.
But honestly, it all changed when I made a CHOICE to change and when I committed to my results!
I so badly wanted to set the example that everything is possible with the right mindset and hard work for my daughters.
I wanted to show them that our circumstances do not define us and to break the cycle.
I was inspired to do better for myself and for my children, despite our circumstances. My children became my ‘why’ and the fuel that led to my explosive results.
I had such a hunger to succeed and was willing to do ‘whatever it took’.
Because of my powerful why and passion to help other women this allowed me to become resourceful, put the hard work in, change my mindset and mental health, and ultimately be willing to do whatever it took to become the person I needed to be in order to create whatever it is I wanted to create.
I also invested in coaches and mentors when I wanted to become a coach. And even to this day, I have a coach and mentor who is helping me to rebrand and scale to 7-figures!
How did these lessons shaped the way you conduct business today?
Jamie Beringer: These lessons helped me to love myself unconditionally, to not be afraid to show up because of judgement. Some people will not like you, but most of the time you will inspire people for who you are as a person, along with being the permission slip for others to be themselves as well.
So in all of my content whether it be video, posts, emails – I show up as myself!
I share the raw side of who I am, my real life, and my wins! I am not afraid to show the blood, sweat and tears!
What you see is what you get with me!
What advice you wished you had received when you started, that you’d like to share now with aspiring women entrepreneurs?
Jamie Beringer: I wished someone had told me to just ‘trust the process’.
It is so hard when we are going out of our comfort zones.
I sat in resistance for hiring a mentor to help me get my business going.
For months and months I kept believing that I could never be a successful coach and that I was not good enough to mentor others.
If I would have gone with my intuition, I would be months and months ahead now in my business!
Out of all of your proudest moments as an entrepreneur, is there a particular one that stands out the most?
Jamie Beringer: The proudest moment as an entrepreneur so far, is when I got a voxer message from a client who went from 0-20K in 4 weeks.
She was just crying because she had so much emotion.
She expressed so much love and gratitude in this message and at the end of the message she said “thank you Jamie, you honestly did change my life.”
I just sobbed as I knew this is what happiness and fulfilment felt like.
And it was the validation that I needed for myself that I was finally living my life purpose!
What do you plan on tackling during the 2022 year? Share your goals and battles you expect to face.
Jamie Beringer: This year I am planning on expanding my reach and getting myself across more social platforms.
I also plan to start a podcast and write a book.
The battles ahead are unpredictable, but I believe I will be ready to conquer them all.
But right now, ‘time management’ is my biggest battle for sure, but it’s only another hill to climb to grow!
I’m sure our readers will be very thankful for the insights you have shared. What is the best book you’ve gone through lately and please share some take away lessons from it.
Jamie Beringer: I am more of a podcast person myself. But the last book I read was “You’re a badass every day’ and the biggest lesson I took away which is written in my notes on my phone is:
“get clear on what you want, believe it is available to you, and take action!”
Thank you so much for your time but before we finish things off, I do have one more question for you. When was the last time you did something for the first time and what was it?
Jamie Beringer: I’m currently meeting with some investors about possibly investing into a partnership so I can scale my business and it is so new to me and scary!
However, I know the higher the ladder you climb the more uncertain you feel!
This is just validation that I am climbing higher.
