After many years of working in Senior management level positions for companies such as Sam’s Club, Best Buy, PepBoys, CompUSA and Mercedes Benz, BMW &Audi dealers as Dealer partner &GM, Coach Bonds discovered that his greatest joy as a manager came from developing and inspiring his staff to reach their goals, both personally & professionally. James Bonds: I am James Bond the Best Life Coach on Planet Earth. My company WELL DRIVEN LIFE LLC will be 14 years old in November 2022. I offer Mental health coaching, Business Coaching, Sales training, Leadership development conferences/workshops and Keynote speaking as well.
2020 and 2021 threw a lot of curve balls into business on a global scale. Based on the experience gleaned in the past couple years, how can businesses thrive in 2022? What lessons have you learned?
James Bonds: My business actually had a 175% increase in business in 2020. The best lesson for me is that everybody needs me for a portion of their lives period
The pandemic seems to keep on disrupting the economy, what should businesses focus on in 2022? What advice would you share?
James Bonds: Number one is understand people are your number one resource period.
How has the pandemic changed your industry and how have you adapted?
James Bonds: My industry had blown up and I had to learn more tech because I was face to face for last 12 years. Now mostly video tech usage.
What advice do you wish you received when the pandemic started and what do you intend on improving in 2022?
James Bonds: People are hurting so be ready and in 2022 I am still ready.
Online business surged higher than ever, B2B, B2C, online shopping, virtual meetings, remote work, Zoom medical consultations, what are your expectations for 2022?
James Bonds: For this to continue and grow more.
How many hours a day do you spend in front of a screen?
James Bonds: Approximately 10hrs.
The majority of executives use stories to persuade and communicate in the workplace. Can you share with our readers examples of how you implement that in your business to communicate effectively with your team?
James Bonds: I made sure that we understand when people call in a panic then believe them.
Business is all about overcoming obstacles and creating opportunities for growth. What do you see as the real challenge right now?
James Bonds: My only challenge in to duplicate myself
In 2022, what are you most interested in learning about? Crypto, NFTs, online marketing, or any other skill sets? Please share your motivations.
James Bonds: NFT’s and Bitcoin because this is here to set people so we all need to dive in more like right now!
A record 4.4 million Americans left their jobs in September in 2021, accelerating a trend that has become known as the Great Resignation. 47% of people plan to leave their job during 2022. Most are leaving because of their boss or their company culture. 82% of people feel unheard, undervalued and misunderstood in the workplace. Do you think leaders see the data and think “that’s not me – I’m not that boss they don’t want to work for? What changes do you think need to happen?
James Bonds: Every CEO needs to understand what his/her people need and what makes to tick. It’s not about profit only, it’s about people.
On a lighter note, if you had the ability to pick any business superpower, what would it be and how would you put it into practice?
James Bonds: The teach business classes at University and would free conferences on self care tips.
What does “success” in 2022 mean to you? It could be on a personal or business level, please share your vision.
James Bonds: Success to me means all my clients get the answer they seek me for and live peaceful lives.
