Company: Cashflow Creators
We are thrilled to have you join us today, welcome to ValiantCEO Magazine’s exclusive interview! Let’s start off with a little introduction. Tell our readers a bit about yourself and your company.
Jaime Bejar: Thank you. it’s a pleasure to be here. I’m Jaime Bejar, founder and CEO of Cashflow Creators and Online Empire University. My journey into entrepreneurship began in my late twenties, after years of feeling out of sync with traditional paths. I started building e-commerce businesses from the ground up and eventually developed systems and frameworks that allowed me and later my clients to scale online income while minimizing hands-on time. Our companies specialize in automating e-commerce operations, from vendor sourcing and logistics to fulfillment and customer support. What we offer is more than just a service, it’s a lifestyle strategy that gives people back their most valuable resource: time.
If you were in an elevator with Warren Buffett, how would you describe your company, your services or products? What makes your company different from others? What is your company’s biggest strength?
Jaime Bejar: I’d say this: “We automate cash flow for digital entrepreneurs and business owners by creating hands-off e-commerce businesses that generate real, sustainable income. What sets us apart is our focus on infrastructure and mindset. We don’t just build stores and systems that run independently of the owner.” Our greatest strength? Our team. We’ve built a 100+ person organization of highly specialized professionals. That’s how we deliver consistency, scalability, and measurable results for every client.
Quiet quitting, The Great Resignation, is an ongoing trend causing many businesses to struggle to keep talent engaged and motivated. Most are leaving because of their boss or their company culture. 82% of people feel unheard, undervalued, and misunderstood in the workplace. In your experience, what keeps employees happy? And how are you adapting to the current shift we see?
Jaime Bejar: Retention starts with recognition. People want to feel seen, valued, and aligned with a mission. We’ve created a culture where autonomy is encouraged, growth is supported, and impact is recognized. We also allow our team members to specialize so they work in roles that energize them. Adapting to today’s workforce means empowering them, not just employing them.
Online business keeps on surging higher than ever, B2B, B2C, online shopping, virtual meetings, remote work, Zoom medical consultations, what are your expectations for the year to come and how are you capitalizing on the tidal wave?
Jaime Bejar: We’re doubling down on automation and education. The e-commerce landscape is maturing, and savvy operators are looking for scalable systems. Through Online Empire University, we’re helping entrepreneurs capitalize on global commerce. We’re also building deeper partnerships with suppliers and logistics hubs to support growing demand. 2025 will be about optimization and doing more with less, smarter.
Business is all about overcoming obstacles and creating opportunities for growth. What do you see as THE real challenge right now?
Jaime Bejar: The biggest challenge is trust; both internally in teams and externally with customers. With so much noise and automation, people are craving authenticity. We’ve tackled this by prioritizing transparency, personal support, and building long-term relationships, not just transactions.
In your experience, what tends to be the most underestimated part of running a company? Can you share an example?
Jaime Bejar: Delegation is the most underestimated and most difficult muscle to build. Early on, I tried to control everything. I thought no one could do it better than me. But that mindset caps growth. It wasn’t until I empowered others, gave clear systems, and let go of control that my businesses truly scaled.
On a lighter note, if you had the ability to pick any business superpower, what would it be and how would you put it into practice?
Jaime Bejar: I’d choose “instant clarity” or the ability to instantly see what decision will create the most impact. In business, delays and doubt can be costly. With clarity, I’d help others move faster with confidence.
