Daniel Burkholder: I am a solopreneur that is dedicated to helping fellow solopreneurs grow on LinkedIn. I am a normal family man.
I started my side hustle roughly 1 year ago. I also work a full-time job. But my true passion is in my side hustle.
My side hustle, is helping fellow solopreneurs grow organically on LinkedIn.
- I help them build out who their ‘perfect client’ is.
- Build out their LinkedIn strategy.
- Optimize their LinkedIn profile to attract their ‘perfect client’
- I also teach them copywriting techniques to write better copy
2020 and 2021 threw a lot of curve balls into business on a global scale. Based on the experience gleaned in the past couple years, how can businesses thrive in 2022? What lessons have you learned?
Daniel Burkholder: Be very agile and not afraid to pivot. I truly believe it’s the small businesses and entrepreneurs that will win because they can respond much quicker to curve balls.
The pandemic seems to keep on disrupting the economy, what should businesses focus on in 2022? What advice would you share?
Daniel Burkholder: Building trust with their customers and clients. Keep selling a “transformation” .
Remember we are all in the ‘H2H’ business (Human 2 Human). Create great buying experiences for your customers. Focus on your team, people are what make any business (small or large) great.
How has the pandemic changed your industry and how have you adapted?
Daniel Burkholder: It has excelerated the acceptance of remote work.
What advice do you wish you received when the pandemic started and what do you intend on improving in 2022?
Daniel Burkholder: N/A I started my business during the pandemic.

- Provide more value than ever before
- Provide a seamless customer experience
Online business surged higher than ever, B2B, B2C, online shopping, virtual meetings, remote work, Zoom medical consultations, what are your expectations for 2022?
Daniel Burkholder: This is only the beginning, it’s going to keep exploding
How many hours a day do you spend in front of a screen?
Daniel Burkholder: 10ish.
Business is all about overcoming obstacles and creating opportunities for growth. What do you see as the real challenge right now?
Daniel Burkholder: Inflation. Recession possibly on the horizon.
In 2022, what are you most interested in learning about? Crypto, NFTs, online marketing, or any other skill sets? Please share your motivations.
Daniel Burkholder: Online marketing. This is directly related to my business and niche.
A record 4.4 million Americans left their jobs in September in 2021, accelerating a trend that has become known as the Great Resignation. 47% of people plan to leave their job during 2022. Most are leaving because of their boss or their company culture. 82% of people feel unheard, undervalued and misunderstood in the workplace. Do you think leaders see the data and think “that’s not me – I’m not that boss they don’t want to work for? What changes do you think need to happen?
Daniel Burkholder: Bosses need to start connecting more closely with their people. I’m sure many bosses are in denial but I’m sure there are others but they don’t know how to lead better. They don’t have the tools to lead their organization properly.
We need to start teaching/training our leaders how to lead.
On a lighter note, if you had the ability to pick any business superpower, what would it be and how would you put it into practice?
Daniel Burkholder: Connect with people. I would use it to connect with my ‘perfect client’
What does “success” in 2022 mean to you? It could be on a personal or business level, please share your vision.
Daniel Burkholder: I have a vision as a solopreneur to have financial, spatial, & time freedom.
