Conitra Cowans is a dedicated mother of two loving daughters and a cherished granddaughter, accompanied by two beloved grand pups, I welcome you into my world. Hailing from Memphis Tennessee, I embarked on my journey at the tender age of 18 with the arrival of my first beautiful baby girl, followed by another blessing at the age of 27.
My life’s narrative unfolds with a chapter on marriage at 30, and a social subsequent divorce at 39, and the chapters that followed. As an enterprising individual, I have established two successful ventures: “Boujeez Steps Boutique,” a woman’s shoe emporium, and a thriving Mary Kay business. With a solid background in healthcare spanning over a decade, my inner compassion for others has always been a driving force. I passionately believe in the importance of extending a helpful hand, as we never know when we may need support ourselves.
Today, I stand as an author, pinning down my experiences to offer solace and guidance to those navigating similar challenges or seeking self-love and empowerment. Through my book, I aim to inspire and uplift individuals as they traverse their own journeys, overcoming obstacles and rediscovering the joy of loving oneself. Join me as we embark together on the path to reclaiming our lives and embracing self-love.
