Angie Manson is an extreme fitness enthusiast who is encouraging others to take control of their health through exercise. Angie is a mum, mentor, and the CEO of Elevate Addiction Services where she is dedicated to helping people free themselves from the clutches of addiction. Angie has faced many challenges throughout her life including addiction and health conditions. It is through her passion for health and well-being that she has overcome these challenges.
Angie is the owner of a CrossFit Franchise, where she offers CrossFit training programs to help people take control of their fitness. CrossFit is a unique exercise program that is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes. It involves constantly varied functional movement at an intensity that matches your current physical performance abilities. Demonstrating how far she has come on her personal health and fitness journey, Angie competed in the CrossFit games. This involved five days of elite-level fitness competitions where athletes were pushed to their limits.
Angie also completed a variety of grueling challenges, including the 75 Hard challenge. If you have a TikTok account, you have probably heard of the 75 Hard Challenge that was tagged by over 1 billion people. It is a rigorous challenge that involves the daily tasks of drinking a gallon of water, completing 2×45 minute workouts, dieting, and reading at least 10 pages of nonfiction. If you fail any of these daily activities, you have to start over. Angie’s ability to complete this challenge not only demonstrates her dedication to health and fitness but allows her to understand and adapt these challenges to help others on their fitness journey.
Angie also smashed the Murph challenge, which involves a workout program starting with a 1-mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 3000 squats, and finishing it off with another 1-mile run. If this doesn’t seem difficult enough as it is, the workout has to be completed in a 20LB vest!
Through all these challenges and competitions, Angie has honed her training to become an athlete of an elite level. She does not neglect to look after her mind as well as her body. Angie partakes in the Wim Hoff’s Ice baths for increased immune and nervous system support through reducing inflammation and increasing dopamine release within the brain. Ice baths also ensure the mind remains sharp and has an array of mental health benefits.
